Skills Week: Year 4
Tuesday
Inspired by their trip to The Tutankhamun Exhibition in Dorchester on Monday, all the children used their artist skills to create some Egyptian Art.
Wednesday
Our Year 4s had a fantastic time at Moors Valley following the Play Trail, climbing, sliding, balancing, problem solving and taking in the wonderful woodland scenery and wildlife.

Thursday
On Thursday the children in Years 3 and 4 went to the Chalke Valley History Festival. There was a wonderful selection of exhibits to visit with some truly inspirational re-enactors who brought the past to life. The children impressed us with their excellent questions and listening skills. The Sandroyd sponsored story tellers put on two hilarious shows for us; the first being about armour during the Civil War, followed by motor racing and espionage during WWII.
