Service of Remembrance

To mark Armistice Day, we all came together as a school in front of the flag pole to pay our respects and remember the fallen. We heard 'For the Fallen' read clearly and compassionately by Amelia and Sam in Year 8.

Remembrance crosses were placed on the front lawn surrounding the flag pole. A name was written by the children in memory of each and every one of the 134 Old Sandroydians who fell in the First and Second World War.

Thank you to Mr Holbrook for organising a poignant and heart felt service.
