Armistice Day

Armistice Day

To mark Armistice Day, we all came together as a school in front of the flag pole to pay our respects and remember the fallen. We heard 'The Last Post' beautifully played by Fergus and 'For the Fallen' read compassionately by Margot and Will.

Remembrance crosses were placed on the front lawn surrounding the flag pole. A name on each cross in memory of each and every one of 134 Old Sandroydians who fell in the First and Second World War.
