Year 3 Art: Clay faces in the woods

The Year 3s headed to the parachute classroom in the woods for their art lesson with Mrs Carson. The children squashed, rolled and squeezed the clay to create their tree faces which they pressed into the knots of the trees. The woodland floor provided a wealth of loose parts materials to add to their face sculptures.  Their imagination combined with the natural materials created these wonderful tree face sculptures. Well done Year 3!
