Food! Glorious food ... Our chef, Robert Doble, and his team produce such excellent food that I felt they needed wider recognition. The menus, as outlined below, are not exhaustive – for example there is always yoghurt, cakes, bread and butter and spreads in addition to the cooked tea. A wide selection of fresh fruit is available at every meal. Vegetables accompany all cooked meals, as appropriate. ---------------------------------
