 Middle School Reading List Revised Spring 2007 There can be no definitive reading list, but here is a selection recommended by QCA/National Curriculum and supplemented through pupil suggestion and recognition of the growing number of talented authors. This list can be used as a ‘tick list’, where other titles by the same author would be acceptable, though reading abridged or children’s versions (or watching a television or film adaptation) would not.
